My son set up the solar panel to convert over from having to charge the stick up camera, but we can’t change the power source on the ring app. Do we need to uninstall the stick up camera and then reinstall choosing the power source.

Hey neighbors. I would suggest performing a reset on your camera and then reconnecting it to wifi. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After this, you can reconnect it to wifi. This should prompt your Ring app to reflect the correct power source. I hope this helps!
