Hey we just received the chime pro today and it connected during set up and then it said updating and went dead and doesn’t work at all can you please advise on how we can return it as it is faulty and have a replacement one sent out. Thanks
Hey @Bella2. Could you try to reset your Chime Pro, and then reconnect it again? For the reset, please press and hold down the setup button on the side for 20 seconds while plugged in. From there, go into the Device Health section of the Chime Pro and tap on Reconnect or Change Wifi Network. It will walk you through another setup of the device, which should help it reconnect and stay connected! If you're unable to get it connected again, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
