Chime pro not glowing

Was setting up my old chime pro ( I gave it to a friend. So putting on their account).got to the point where it still saw it linked to my account. I deleted it from my account .now I get no power or light up on chime pro. Did several long resets, but nothing. I did get an email that it was blocked from setting up since it was being done on someone else’s account.
Does this disable the chime pro? Or delays its use for awhile.or do I have a hardware problem with chime that just happened ?

Hey @Wrusprod! The email you received is in reference to our Device Ownership process, which initiates when a device attempts to change accounts. However, the device should certainly be available to a new setup and be responsive to some extent. I recommend reaching out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for further assistance with this.
