Hey @Sunshineblinded! I recommend plugging the Chime Pro into an outlet near your router. If it does not automatically reconnect, please attempt a new setup of the device in your Ring app.
If the setup is not successful, and other devices in your home are connected just fine, try holding down the setup button on the Chime Pro for 15 seconds to perform a rest, and then attempt another setup. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
