Chime Pro suddenly not connecting to devices

Hey @DaneilT. Is the Chime Pro showing as online in the app? If the Chime Pro is online, please try removing the device from your account, resetting it by pressing and holding the button on the side for 30 seconds, and then setting it up again. Once set up again and connected to your internet, try to get the devices to connect back to the Chime Pro! :slight_smile:
