Chime - Ownership issue

Hi - my chime was setup and working perfectly. It does not show under my devices anymore, only the doorbell does. I’ve tried to re-install but it says it is registered to previous owner?? It used to work, I bought it new and I am the only owner. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Hi @Max2. For your situation, it may be best to reach out to our support team at 1-800-656-1918! They can assist you with why the setup will not go through and help sort out any possible device ownership lapses as well.

How much is the phone call costing from the UK. Having big prob with the ownership issue my son (previous owner) has deregistered cannot link or register to my Amazon account in my name therefore echo will not link
