Hey @ShonDavis. The solar charger is meant to help keep your device charged, but you may need to still charge it in between weeks of usage. With about 4-6 hours of direct sunlight, the solar charger can give the Doorbell about a 10% trickle charge as day. If you are having more than 10 events a day, you may be having too much of an excessive of activity on the Doorbell which is draining the battery. I recommend to fully charge up the Doorbell manually, and then hook it back up to the solar charger and monitor it from there.
