Ring chime does not light up when plugged in. Is it broken?
See my post above, mine too after my power went off, I’ve tried everything to fix it today taking 4 hours and it’s still not working!!

Decided it wasn’t worth the bother trying to get it to work so went out & bought a new one which set easily & works perfectly
