Zone Adjustment issues

strong text Hi, I have just replaced my old faulty Video doorbell Pro with the new Doorbell pro2.

The issue is while I’m trying to alter the zone shape to suite the area I want to cover, the dots seem to be non responsive once you try to move them in so I’m guessing I’m doing something wrong or it’s a common fault.

Hi @Tosh88. I would suggest verifying that your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates. You can also try using a different phone or tablet to see if that makes a difference.
