I’m in Canada and many of the locks listed on the ring web site are American part numbers.
In the Wonderful USA to Canada eco system they on purpose change the numbers.
Reading till my eyes popped out
It’s seems the locks have to be a higher z wave security standard to communicate with ring. Most are a lower z wave standard and hence why the ring compatibility list.
Not sure if anyone has a list of working Canadian part numbers ?
