I unable to grant access for Yale Lock toggle switch. I am owner in Ring application and I get an error message (see the attached file). However I am able to grant access to everyone else in the account - shared owners and guests.
Hi @jakeman35. Have you tried removing the lock and re-adding it? Do you have an access code already set up, or does the lock not work for you at all? If removing it and re-adding it doesn’t do the trick, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly so they can take a better look at this for you.
