Wrong network for Floodlight wired plus

In set-up mode of my floodlight wired plus, it asks to join ‘Ring Network a7’ but all that shows on available networks is ‘Ring Network 5b’ been on hold over an hour on customer service waiting for ‘advanced support’
Can anyone help here?
Already checked wireless speeds, re-started phone and reset ring. Also tried another device during set-up. Reset router…

Hi there, @Bethany.Palmstein! When your Camera enters setup mode it should broadcast its unique Ring setup access point. Assuming there is sufficient power, upon pressing the setup button your Camera should show signs it is in setup mode. This is an important factor in getting the setup network broadcasted.
