Would a Power Line Adapter be better than a Chime Pro for extending Wi-Fi ?
No opinions?
I have not had much luck with power line solutions. Also, that will not directl extend the wifi, you still need to rebroadcast. So I am not seeing an advantage.
That is not the currently overwhelmingly accepted opinion.
Just wanted Ring’s view.
Although their sale of Chime Pros might suffer.
Hi @DonC - a powerline extender may be more effective, yes. However, sometimes powerline extenders won’t connect to each other or will have very poor connectivity. There is not a way for us to know without trying.
