Wont connect to existing doorbell

When attempting to complete my Ring Video Doorbell 2020 Release setup checklist. I click on the “chime connection” choice, it will then spin as if it is trying to connect to the existing doorbell and then states it cannot complete and try again later. See attached photo. Three days later it is still doing the same thing. I verified all wiring and power is correct. The indoor doorbell does work. Any suggestions?

Hi @Rovens77. For this error message, please uninstall the Ring App, restart your phone to clear the cache, and reinstall the Ring App. This should allow you to complete the setup and it should no longer give you this error message. :slight_smile:
