Won’t charge

My doorbell is only a couple of months old. Charged it all day and it’s still at 13%

Hey there, @KendraCox! As long as you’ve charged the battery for several hours using the micro usb cable, the Doorbell should be charged. Try pushing the button to ring the Doorbell, which should trigger an event and allow for the battery status to update. Please also ensure the Ring app is up to date by visiting the app store, or removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
