Won’t add email address

I have tried to add a third invite to access the ring doorbell but it refuses to let me send the invite. Why?

Yes. And it won’t accept my wife’s gmail address. I had added my kids but my daughters account was asking to transfer ownership. So I removed both kids. I need some help.
