I have a hard wired inside doorbell which rings every few minutes when I have the Ring video doorbell hooked up. I have front and back Ring doorbells. The rear doorbell rings every few minutes and the front bell rings maybe once a day. I installed the resistor on both Rings but the problem didn’t go away.
Hi @RickyT95. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have, and what is the make and model of the chime kit inside your home? You can find the model of the Ring Doorbell on the back of the device itself, on the original packaging, or on the Device Health page in the Ring App. The make and model of the chime kit should be printed on the inside if you take the cover off.
