Wired doorbell stopped working

Installed wired Ring Pro in newly built house. Worked well for four months and then stopped. Device said low voltage. Electrician tested and said voltage is fine. Any ideas of cause or cure,?

That would be good if there was a phone number for Australia. The number on your website says it’s Ring but just plays music. I waited in excess of an hour. Please provide another option.
