Hi all
new to ring, and i have tried to download the windows 10 app, after following link from ring website
and i just get errors, saying there a problem there end (microsoft) and to try later, i have 4 days in a row now
anyone know where else i can get it from
Hey @DarrenB, you can download the app from three places! On your computer, if you open up the Microsoft store, you can search for Ring and download it that way. You can also follow this link to go directly to the store to download it that way. Lastly, you can follow the link to download from our website here, to see if you can download it!
