Will be changing brands if chime not fixed soon (identify doorbell pressed)

If RING does not fix the problem with the chime not identifying the doorbell being pressed I will be sacrificing the several hundred bucks I have into this and trying something else. This is ridiculous. I was really hoping when I put this in I wouldn’t have to run around figuring out which door to answer. I don’t always have my phone with me. Disappointing.

Be sure to remove them from your account before you go to sell the items. That way the new owners will be able to set them up with their account.
