wifi problem

I just installed a new wifi router. I changed the wifi on my doorbell fine. I changed it on my spotlight fine. When I tried to change it on my stickup cam it said my wifi password was entered incorrectly. There was no screen to enter it when I tried to change the wifi on the stickup cam. Any suggestions?

Hey @dharrell! If two devices connected successfully, this Cam should as well. Please ensure you are connecting to your normal 2.4ghz network, and that you are not too far from the router. If you have not already, try performing a new setup from scratch, for this device in the Ring app.

If this concern persists, there is a “add a hidden network” option available during the final wifi connection step which will allow you to manually enter your network details. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
