Hi.
I have one of chime, somehow,it won’t connect to my WiFi and removed from my location.
So I reset the device and try to connect it to our WiFi. I can set up up-to search my WiFi (which WiFi you want chime to connect to) but our wifi is not in the list.
Doorbell can find our home WiFi. But not chime.

Hey @CmFeng. Could you try rebooting your router? Since the Doorbell is already connected to your home wifi, this could be why it can still see it, but it also may be on a hidden network as well. I recommend to also check your settings to make sure your wifi is broadcasting and not hidden at this time!
