We have just set up our new wifi system and have been able to change over our ring doorbell and plug in camera to the new wifi system but we can’t get out stick up cam to. It says to hold down the orange button until the light flashes but we are doing so and getting no flashing light. Help?!
Hi @LaurenMaritz! Holding the button on a Camera for 20 seconds is the best way to perform a reset. Although, a reset should not be required for connecting to a new network. If your Camera is still showing up in the Ring app, please visit the Cam’s device health section. In the device health section for your Camera, in the Ring app, there will be an option to change network or reconnect. Choosing this will bring you through the steps of reconnecting.
If you a performing a setup from scratch, simply pressing and releasing the setup button will enter setup mode. If you are not seeing any lights coming from the Camera, please check on power variables (battery charge percentage or plug/ outlet depending on device model). I hope this helps!
