Why can't I get into the purchase plan site?

I want to renew my Ring doorbell plan.

All I get on the purchase page is a spinner and the Ring logo.

Hey Ring - don’t you want my money?

This is completely unacceptable.

This has not happened on any website I have every visited - and I use computers all day for my work.

My account has been unable to renew since Aug 10.

Get your act together and fix your site.

Hi @8thman. Have you cleared your browser’s cache and cookies recently? If not, I’d recommend doing so, as well as trying a different internet browser in order to subscribe to the Ring Protect plan. If that’s still not working for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to help get you signed up for your plan.
