I was authorized an RMA and a defective chime pro, which was delivered to Ring in September 24th (I have the UPS tracking number) . I was told it would take a ridiculous 21 days to process my refund, and it’s almost a month now with no progress. I’ve called in twice and been “escalated” to the the RMA team and promised a call back within two hours. No one has called me. Is THIS how Ring treats customers? Wow… What’s it going to take to get my money back?
