If chat is available from 5am to 9pm MST then why can’t I chat with support when it is between those hours?
Ring support used to be good and they have had over a year to adjust to COVID-19 so that is no longer a valid reason…support is just BAD now.
Ring support is only via phone now. You used to be able to send in a web inquiry and get an email back, as well as chat. Ring should bring back both web inquiry tickets and chat. Many folks don’t have the time to talk on the phone while support agents research a problem. Or some folks might not even be able to speak or hear on a phone. Plus, chat and web tickets allow for electronic documentation of the problem and solution so you don’t have to take notes during a call.
