I see no provision on Ring’s web pages for Customer Service or Customer Feedback.

The search bar at the top that you recommend I use brings up no customer feedback or complaint form.

Hey @AlexEthridge. Chiming in for Jennifer here! The Community forum is for neighbor to neighbor support and help, so we do not have an official customer complaint form. As we value our neighbors’ feedback on what we can improve, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add any feedback, features or ideas that you have there. This board is to help us organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place.

For a direct line to support and to speak to someone on your complaint, you can give our support team a call directly. For this, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. When it comes back to the Community, we do have contacts with our teams here at Ring, and will often times pass on critical neighbor feedback and experiences that are not ideal, as we need these examples to know how to improve. We are constantly striving to make the neighbor experience better.

You are free to call about your concern, especially if it is to do with billing or devices that may need to be replaced, refunded, etc., as our support can actively address that on your personal account. If this is feedback on an experience or expressing how you feel, feel free to detail it in your post here in the Community. Please note that this is a public forum, so please do not include any personal details that are not appropriate for a public forum.
