My camera suddenly started to show what I can only describe as static or some form of interference in the signal. Nothing has change in terms of internet setup and my internet speed is very reliable and fast. Didn’t have this issue before.
Hi @isra26. Thank you for taking the time to share that screenshot. I’d suggest performing a factory reset and a new setup of your Doorbell to clear up this concern with how the video is appearing. To reset your Doorbell, please hold down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll want to walk through a new setup in The Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Test out the Live View once the setup finishes and let me know how that works for you.
