You clearly state that the protect plan is required to store and review video history
But once the trial ends it is not possible to even view live video from the push notification
What a waste of money, I will not recommend Ring to anyone and will spread the word
Hi @DaveB11. You are correct, you do need a Ring Protect Plan to store and view previously recorded videos. You are still able to Live View the Doorbell at anytime. When viewing the Live View, make sure that you are selecting the most recent notification. If you are selecting an older notification, you could receive an error. I hope this information helps!
