Wedge Kit for Video Doorbell 2nd Gen

I bought a 2nd Gen doorbell and in order to get the camera aligned I have bought 2 wedge kits and NOT ONE fits the mounting bracket!!

I bought one on Amazon and sent it back. I bought the 2nd directly from Ring based on my model from your website. Nope, wrong kit.

Is there in fact a wedge kit to fit the Doorbell 2nd generation with the rechargeable battery? If not, can you recommend a DIY solution???

Hi @Tcimler63. We do have a Wedge Kit that is available for the Video Doorbell 2nd Generation, which you can find on our website here. You’ll want to make sure you purchase this one and not the Wedge Kit that is designed for the Video Doorbell 2, as it will not fit properly. I hope that helps clear things up for you. :slight_smile:
