When I add the “2-Pack Stick Up Cam Battery” to my cart, it shows a price of $269. When I go to the checkout, it shows a price of $242.10, with a Protect Subscriber discount of $26.90. I didn’t ask for this discount, it was applied automatically. Yet, underneath the item, it says “Protect Subscriber discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart”. There is no way for me to remove the discount, just as there was no way for me to apply it. The payment at the discount rate went through, but then my (Paypal) payment was refunded. Isn’t the whole purpose of the website to permit people to purchase Ring items? Or am I missing something?
