I use the Ring app on my home PC. I can use it on my work PC in our office. I am now working from home which requires using our company VPN full time to access our office network. Once I connect to the VPN, my internet traffic goes through the VPN and I lose access to the Ring system. This is unacceptable. I can configure the VPN to allow port or path access if required.
Please advise, even if the only option is replacing my Ring doorbell with a more usable system.
