Hi @C317414. As of December 2019, the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN. You can read more about Ring and the use of a VPN here. You should be able to exclude Ring traffic in your VPN’s settings, or you may have to disable the VPN when you access the Ring app or Ring.com.
