Videos within 60 days old are not available!

I am trying to obtain a video from July 18th and it says that it’s either been deleted or expired. I never deleted any videos and it hasn’t been 60 days.

It’s 60 days in the US. Are you in the US?

2. Your Ring videos are stored in the cloud for up to 60 days, unless you manually change the storage time. Storage is for 30 days if your address is in one of the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.

To keep important videos beyond that time, download them to your PC or mobile device. You may do this from the Ring app or by going to Ring.com and logging into your account
