Someone came to my back door and ripped off my camera /flood light and smashed it. Then they walked around to the front door. Can you please explain to me why my ring doorbell conveniently said video unavailable 10 seconds before they kicked my front door!!! I spent so much money on this system!! I have this installed three days ago with not one issue with it ever saying the video unavailable. But conveniently right before they broke into my house. I need an explanation for this ASAP!

Yeah I called and the three people I talked to were a joke and didn’t know what I was talking about. This company is ridiculous! And it definitely wasn’t a WiFi issue
