I have a ring floodlight camera in my backyard. However i dont have subscription for my backyard camera. Yestreday 3rd June between 11 AM to 1:30 PM EST there was a storm and i would like access to my recording for my insurance company. How can i get this ?
I only have subscription on my ring doorbell in the front.
Hey @psat. Without a Protect Plan for your device, there will be no video storage available for the device, as any alerts you get of motion will not be recorded without the plan. Therefore, any videos that you may have gotten alerts for will not have a video available, as there was no plan available to pay for the storage. I recommend getting a Protect Plan for all of your devices to ensure that any events you get notifications of are recorded for you to reference in the future.
