Video not supported message

For the last two day when I bring up ring on my laptop running windows 10 I get a message this type of video not supported. The message comes up in the video area. I can still get the videos on my phone but taking a long time to load or multiple tries. Using ring doorbell and motion lights with cameras on two properties. Same problem with all.

I keep getting the same message. It says


A server with the specified hostname could not be found
