Does anyone else have a problem with the amount of time it takes to access your Ring doorbell when you’re trying to see who is at the door? When I get a notification, it will often take about 30 seconds, only to give me a “cannot connect” error. I’ll try again and another 30 seconds later, it will connect but the person is usually gone.
Hi @ghvz1, most often when you are experience this it is because of Wi-Fi connectivity being week to the device. It would be worth checking your Doorbell’s RSSI in the app. Check out this Ring Help Center article link for more information.
