I can’t access any of my videos previously recorded… they all say “video is processing… it will be available momentarily “ ant they never load
I used to have this problem regularly. I saw a suggestion in another thread to turn off Event History Timeline and I have not seen the error since turning that option off.
I did get one video yesterday that won’t play because it said I did not have a valid Protect plan at the time it was recorded. I do have a current Protect Plus plan and all of my other videos are OK. Only the one has this error.
