Hi , can sumone please tell me how to CONTACT support ? I pay monthly payments ect but cant seem to find a way to talk to sumone?? My Video Doorbell has stopped working and charging now ? If someone can please help would be much appreciated, thank you
We’re here to help @Chambo! Charging the battery is a great first step to getting your device working. Try using another micro USB or outlet if the battery is not currently charging. We also have spare parts and batteries available on our accessories page at Ring.com, if you feel the battery is not working. Next, try a setup with a fully charged battery, to see if your device connects as intended.
