Video doorbell

So it’s been 6month and my doorbell first stopped letting us see live images, then recording at all, so I did everything it said to do, get to screen that tell you it’s an internet problem, but my internet is working 100% so deleted everything and tried putting in back onto my account and it won’t even recognise the camera now, I’ve been cut off twice from the help centre, any help would be great fully received
