The battery powered video doorbell is frozen up with a solid blue ring. Won’t respond or allow a reset.
Hi @patricktumac. Try removing the battery for a few minutes and then reinserting the battery to perform a power cycle. After that, you can try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Let me know if that works and if you’re able to complete a new setup in the Ring app by using the steps under Set Up a Device.
