Video doorbell pro, blue screen live view

We’ve had a video doorbell pro since around Christmas 2020 and have had nothing but smooth sailing until now.

When we select live view, we are connected to the feed, but it’s just a light blue screen. Like turquoise in color. We are not given any errors or anything, have gigabit internet (290-600 on WiFi) on an Orbi mesh system (been on the same setup the whole time).

The app shows everything is good and the rssi is 57.

My assumption is a hardware failure but I’m wondering if this is something fixable.

Hi @ssgswjohnson. This could be the IR filter for the Ring Pro acting up. Try removing all power from the Ring Pro for 5 minutes, then reconnecting. This power cycle should prompt the color to return to normal.
