Video Doorbell Offline can’t fix

My Video Doorbell is showing Offline constantly.
Initially I tried recharging the battery to 100% (it was 77% prior to that) and it worked for a few hours then stopped working again.
I’ve tried all the suggested fixes and resets without success.
There is sufficient WiFi signal (and my other Video Doorbell is still working).
The battery is currently 97% but still Offline.
Any help would be great.

Hi @Bairn. Make sure you’ve tried a full reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try setting the Doorbell back up in the Ring App to see if it will connect to your wifi network successfully. If it still doesn’t connect, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a deeper look since you’ve done the basic troubleshooting steps to no avail.
