My ring video door bell won’t go on go live view, it just comes up with streaming error then when i click on the link for more information it says the page does not exist. I’ve only brought it brand new todsy
Hi @Patrice! The first best step here is to check your Ring device’s signal strength, or RSSI. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi signal strength for the best video connection. Once RSSI is confirmed as sufficient, please also ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled on your mobile device. It can sometimes help to test video connection with your mobile device connected to wifi only, or cell data only, to see if one connection is better than the other.
