Video Doorbell - installed - plan activated - not saving recordings

I installed the device on Sunday and activated it. For some reason, it wasn’t saving the video. OK, that was user error. I figured it out and subscribed to the recommended plan (only have one device) this morning.

I checked on it from work, around 12:30 pm. The live feed recorded and saved.

I returned home a little while ago and expected at least one video. My postman has a walking route, so I anticipated seeing the video of him crossing the field of vision and placing the mail in the mailbox, which is next to the door where the device is mounted.

Nothing. What am I doing wrong? I purchased the device because of postal thieves and would like to have it functional as soon as possible.
