I just bought the 1st gen Video doorbell (b/c it was all that was available in store) and it won’t go into setup mode. I have tried a hard reset, the light flashes blue but nothing happens when I press the orange button to go into setup mode. I’m not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?
Hey @akaiDeLuna. Did you ensure you charged the device for at least 8 hours before usage? If you have fully charged the device and it will not go into setup mode, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
