I have an android phone. Ring works fine in live mode but does not play video from history. Internet speed and connection has been checked and is fine. Can you identify what is wrong?

You’ll need a valid Ring Protect plan subscription active at the time the event happened and at the time that you’re trying to view the video in order to view it, as the plan allows your videos to be saved for up to 60 days. You can read more about that here. If you have a valid subscription and still can’t view any videos, san you share a bit more detail on what happens when you try to view the videos in the Event History? If there’s a specific error message or anything that happens, feel free to share a screenshot so I can get a better idea of what you’re seeing.
