Why isn’t the motion detector video taping delivery personnel?

The camera’s I have installed only video tapes persons in my house hold ****only. (Concerning to say it in a mild way).

Many delivery drivers, etc., that the camera’s did tape or capture, simply turned their backs to the units and was only taped walking away.

This include postal delivery and other delivery companies. Again; I have not received video of packages being delivered via my ring devices.

What gives?

Hi @AEC. It sounds like you may need to adjust the Motion Zones and the Motion Sensitivity on your Doorbell so it picks up deliveries that come to your door. Try expanding the Motion Zones further and increasing the Motion Sensitivity slider so that the motion detection is a bit more sensitive. It may take some trial and error to find the combination of settings that works best for you. I hope that helps!
