User accepts invite, nothing happens

I invited another user. That person has a Ring account and app, not initialized to anything. I sent an invitation, they went to "“manage the request”, it had them log in via a browser, but my account shows it hasn’t been accepted, and they don’t have any devices/locations etc. What next?

Hi @peebs. This Help Center article here can guide you through the Shared User process. If you run into issues with your existing Shared User, try deleting them as a Shared User and starting new. It’s also a good idea to have the Shared User delete any old emails before getting sent a new invitation. Let me know if this helps!
